WEALTH ACADEMY does not tolerate SPAMMERS. We all hate SPAM.
As a marketer it is important to know what SPAM is and what you are and are not allowed to do. This policy will outline WEALTH ACADEMY’s policy regarding SPAM.
WEALTH ACADEMY requires that you comply with the anti-spam policy of each jurisdiction you market to. It is also suggested that you comply with the terms of service of your email provider or the bulk email sender you contract with.
To make things extra simple, WEALTH ACADEMY does not allow its Consultants to send any unsolicited commercial emails. This policy is the same as most email senders and all internet service providers, so it should be nothing new.
You may not send email to people who have not specifically requested that information from you.
If you collect email subscribers somewhere you should make sure they have agreed to accept emails from you.
In addition to not sending emails to people who have not subscribed, you also need to follow the following requirements:
1- Do not use a false or misleading header. (To, From, Reply to as well as routing must be correct.)
2- Do not use deceptive subject lines.
3- Identify the message as an ad. Clear & conspicuous disclosure is required.
4- Tell recipients where you are located.
5- Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you.
6- Honor opt-out requests promptly.
7- Monitor what others do for you. (You are responsible for ads promoting your business.)
What will happen if you SPAM?
• WEALTH ACADEMY will immediately terminate your account & will refuse to refund.
What else may happen?
• WEALTH ACADEMY may charge you for any interruptions to our network or websites.
• WEALTH ACADEMY may take legal action against you.
• You may also have personal liability to the people you send unauthorized emails to. Fines can be as high as $7500 per incident.
We strongly suggest you review the Anti-Spam regulations in your jurisdiction.
